Tracy Nichols
President/CEO
Tracy is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of PM/PC Direct. Tracy has more than 30 years of experience in the Project Controls industry, and currently participates in the everyday Project Controls aspects of PM/PC; while still running the business successfully. Tracy is also skilled in numerous other areas of business including; Client Development and Retention, Marketing and Purchasing. For her savvy business sense and endless charitable giving, Tracy has been recognized by various local organizations such as the CincinnatiUSA Regional Chamber, the Northeast Cincinnati Chamber, and the National Association of Professional Women as Woman of the Year. In 2012 Tracy also led PM/PC to a finalist position for Woman Owned Business of the Year through the regional Cincinnati USA Chamber’s WE Celebrate program.
Chris Kruse
Vice-President/COO
Chris is co-owner and Chief Operations Officer of PM/PC Direct. Though he specializes in Accounting and Human Resource Management, Chris is knowledgeable in all areas of the business. Chris implemented and currently supervises the internal accounting processes for PM/PC Direct’s Accounts Receivable department. Also, in 2012, Chris was awarded Executive of the Year through our local Chamber.
Sarah Brothers

Sarah joined PM/PC Direct in August of 2012, bringing with her, a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Ball state University. Since her start, Sarah has expanded into PM/PC Business Development and Contract Management. Her skills include Administration, Client Communications, Community Relations, Contracts Management, Marketing, Non-Profit Management, and Subcontractor Management. At PM/PC, Sarah also handles all business memberships and affiliations. In May of 2014, Sarah received her certificate in Non-Profit Management from the University of Texas at Austin. She also serves as the Executive Director of PM/PC’s non-profit arm, Hug the World Foundation. Sarah also assists clients with internal Direct Invoicing as well as Central Receiving of goods and services.
Heidi Baier

Heidi joined the PM/PC Direct team in 2011. She specializes in Purchasing, Invoicing, Expediting and Project Closeout. Heidi is continuing to add to her knowledge in the areas of Cost and Scheduling.
Briana Anderson

Briana specializes in a variety of administrative duties which include managing company accounts such as Payroll, Invoicing, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Yuliya joined PM/PC Direct in early 2018. Since that time, she has gained a vast knowledge of Scheduling experience.
Yuliya is continuing to add to her knowledge of all areas within Project Management and Project Controls support.

Morgan Kruse

Morgan joined PM/PC Direct in early 2017 as a Summer intern. She assists in the day-to-day operations of PM/PC Direct’s Business Development Department & PM/PC Direct’s nonprofit organization, Hug The World Foundation. Morgan is continuing her Business Development training at Sinclair for her Associates in Business Management/Supply Chain Management.
